Bilingual psychologist with over 10 years of international experience in evidence-based intervention, complex case management and professional training across Colombia and the United States. She holds a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s in Contextual Therapies from UDIMA (Madrid), with international certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from Behavioral Tech. As Director of Wellbeing & Organizational Development at JyM Contadores, she applies behavioral science to strengthen wellbeing, talent development and team performance — leading training programs in problem solving, decision-making under pressure, emotional regulation, technical leadership, intercultural communication and collaborative work, both for the firm and its clients.

- Psychotherapist in the United States: Sinai Chicago (2025) and Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health (2022–2025), delivering individual and group intervention in high-complexity programs, interdisciplinary coordination and crisis management.
