She holds a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s in Contextual Therapies from UDIMA (Madrid), with international certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from Behavioral Tech. As Director of Wellbeing & Organizational Development at JyM Contadores, she applies behavioral science to strengthen wellbeing, talent development and team performance — leading training programs in problem solving, decision-making under pressure, emotional regulation, technical leadership, intercultural communication and collaborative work, both for the firm and its clients.
